 Suites 1 & 2, are beautifully decorated
in a charming, romantic Mediterranean style and located on the
lower level of the villa. Their private veranda's are
surrounded by lush foliage and fragrant blossoms, which invite
the outdoor beauty of bird songs and the freshness of nature
to permeate these suites. Should you choose not to join others
for breakfast on main terrace, we will bring breakfast to you
to enjoy on your private veranda. They have one queen size
bed.
Located on the upper level of the villa, and a bit deeper into
the forest, are four additional accommodations.
 Suite # 3 is the largest of all our rooms with one queen,
one full sized bed, and a spacious living room area. A private
veranda offers spectacular views of El
Valle's legendary
Sleeping Princess and surrounding mountains. It's perfect for
bird-watching right from the privacy of your room.
Guest Rooms # 4 and 5 have their backs tucked into the
forest and offer our guests rare opportunities to listen to
the natural jungle sounds of Panama at night. These are our
smaller rooms, each having 2 twin beds. They share a beautiful
convenient bathroom with a spacious shower, however there is
no adjoining door between these rooms.
 Guest Room # 6 also rests its backsideto the jungle.
With screened, opening windows on three sides, this guest
room, with one full bed offers the freshest tropical breezes
for those who prefer cooler evenings and the music of native
birdsong.
Additional Special Guest Services:
We offer a full poolside kitchen for all guests. The kitchen
is loved by guests here on extended stays as it provides a
break from restaurant dining. It's great for those wishing a
midnight snack or desiring to do their own cooking with all
the fresh tropical fares El Valle has to offer.
Breakfast is served on the main terrace of the villa- a lovely
setting with awesome views, soothing breezes, spectacular
sunsets and birdsong. We serve luscious healthy dishes from
ingredients raised and grown locally. This ensures our feasts
at the Golden Frog Inn are always fresh and wholesome. Our
feasts are not simply bread and fruits. Our 5 course
breakfasts also include wonderful omelet's-made to order,
soufflés, varieties of breakfast meats, along with plenty of
fresh baked breads and pastries. Native
dishes, as well as traditional are available.
Espresso,
cappuccinos and garden fresh herb teas are available. Our
fresh juices are made daily from local fruit, herbs and
flowers as they have been for centuries. These wonderful
drinks will bring you back to Panama!
Please let us know of any special dietary needs or special
requests you may have. We will happily accommodate your needs
with advanced notice.
We often have an Evening Happy Hour to enjoy the spectacular
sunsets from the main terrace. This is also a wonderful opportunity
to regroup, rest, visit, and share the events of the day or
plan for the next over beverages and a light snack.
We have an extensive library/book exchange for the quiet times
at your stay at the Golden Frog.

On site massage services. Advanced reservations will ensure
service.
We will gladly assist our guests with any and all arrangements
for local guides, tours, etc., to ensure your visit to El
Valle de Anton is complete.
